What's New In Permanent Eraser

New options have been added to control the number of times data is overwritten.

Help Files
	Permanent Eraser now contains Help files to provide further information on how to use this program.

The new Preferences make it simple to configure Permanent Eraser.

Note: The erasing task will be paused while the Preferences window is open, but will resume once the Preferences window has been closed.
